This department mainly diagnoses and treats diseases related with various kinds of cryptorrhea and dysbolism such as diabetes mellitus, thyroid disease, pituitary disease, adrenal disorders, parathyroid disease, bone metabolic diseases, hypogonadism, lipid metabolic abnormality and nutritional diseases. The devision also operates a diabetes mellitus classroom for patients and their guardians in the outpatient clinic, considering the characteristics of diabetes mellitus that must be controlled with attention over a whole lifetime.
