The HanilGeneral Hospital established the Department of Rehabilitation on March 1st, 2005. The hospital opened a rehabilitation center which is still the largest in Seoul, north of the Han River. It is also equipped with state-of-the-art equipment to treat a wide range of chronic diseases and health issues.

Reflecting recent trends, the HanilGeneral Hospital’s high-level rehabilitation center is equipped with the latest equipment and staffed with excellent healthcare professionals. The hospital has actively responded to address the rising healthcare demand from elderly and chronic disease patients. The goal of the rehabilitation department is not only to treat the disease but also improve the quality of life for the patient.

The rehabilitation center strives to produce an atmosphere of refinement and is equipped with various kinds of treatment rooms such as a language treatment room, operation treatment room, ADL room, exercise therapy room, thermoelectric treatment room, and aqua treatment room. The center also sports cutting-edge laboratories such as an electromyography room, a clinical function examination room, and a deglutition examination room.
