Department of Radiology

The Department of Radiology at the HanilGeneral Hospital was established to serve the Department of Internal Medicine, the Department of Surgery and the Department of X-rays. It was created with the establishment of Gyeongjeon Hospital, which was established by taking over Danakamaru Hospital (September 1, 1944), by repairing and introducing various kinds of equipment. Over the last 70 years, the Department of Radiology has been sharing its history with the HanilGeneral Hospital as a pioneer in the world of radiology. This department bought the newest model of MRI systems in 2007 and 128-channel MDCT systems in 2009 to take one further step toward increased patient convenience, and accurate diagnosis and treatment. To commensurate the intent of the HanilGeneral Hospital to prevent diseases and provide the best services for the treatment of patients, the staff of the radiology department continue their unwavering efforts even today.
