※ Emergency patients are accepted and treated 24 hours a day, 365 days a year at the emergency medical center.

Procedure for Ambulatory Care

step.01 Preparation of applications for treatment
First, please select a department and respective doctor for desired treatment. Complete the written application and then place it on the relevant front desk to prepare your application for treatment. (Patients with a reservation may go to the relevant clinical departments without preparing any additional applications for treatment.)
step.02 Receiving Patients
As soon as you arrive, please take a numbered ticket from the treatment counseling corner and wait your turn.
During this time, please ensure that your entire application is complete and your related documents are ready.
Once your number is displayed, please submit your application to the reception desk.
(If you have already requested for treatment, please first refer to desk number #11 for guidance.)
step.03 Treatment
If you submit the application for treatment to the desk of the relevant clinical department, you will be treated as soon as possible. Please understand that your waiting period may be lengthened depending on the number of patients currently waiting for treatment.
step.04 Reservations for Treatment
After you’ve been treated, if the relevant clinical department changes the next treatment schedule (i.e. follow-up treatments), the schedule will be automatically entered into the computer database at the reception desk.
step.05 Payment
- After treatment, draw another ticket from the treatment counseling corner to pay for your hospital expenses at the outpatient payment desk of the hospital administration department.
- After paying your hospital expenses, please make sure to check the areas you subsequently need to go which are located on the right side of your hospital expense receipt, such as the outpatient pharmacy, examination room and radiography room.
- In case you have additional treatments, bring the certificate of treatment reservation on the bottom-right of your receipt which you received after paying your hospital expenses. On the date of reservation, submit the certificate to the relevant outpatient nurse to receive the treatment.
step.06 Examination, Medication, and Imaging
- If you have received an in-house prescription for drugs or outside prescription, submit the receipt to the outpatient pharmacy to receive your medication and pay for the prescription charge at an available register.
Otherwise to receive your written prescription at the reception desk and purchase your medicine from an outside pharmacy.
- For a radiograph examination, submit the hospital expense receipt to the reception desk of the Department of Radiology and please wait until your turn.
step.07 Departure
